The DP Winter Tour is played October thru February each year. The  membership fee is $300. The entry fees are $450. Your entry fee is broken down like this; $300 goes into the purse, $120 goes for course cost, and $30 goes to administration cost. Other winter tours charge higher entry fees, higher membership fee, they do not pay for your practice round, and they have a cut. The Tuesday Tour was designed to give players who are trying to Monday Qualify into PGA Nationwide Tour events a place to play if they fail to qualify each week. The problem that many golfers face is that to travel around to do Monday qualifying for the Nationwide Tour is impractical because it takes them away from their respective mini-tours for a week at a time and it is a very expensive proposition.
